Operations

Aqua Operations, Inc., is a registered contract operator with the California Water Resources Control Board, and maintains a staff of operators, Grades I through V, certified by the California Department of Public Health in water distribution and water treatment, and by the State Water Resources Control Board in wastewater operation.  The professional expertise of our staff includes wastewater operations experience of the Orange County Water District’s internationally known Water Factory 21, a world-renowned, and first-of-its-kind, water recycling and injection facility that helped pave the way for many international projects and ultimately the Groundwater Replenishment System, to water treatment of the Los Angeles Owens Valley Aqueduct delivering water from the Owens River in the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains to Los Angeles, for the city’s Department of Water and Power.

Mr. Clint Hilderbrand, also a principal owner of Aqua Operations, Inc., is certified in wastewater operations, general contracting, and real estate brokerage, and heads our governmental and regulatory affairs management and consulting services. He has considerable experience with water resource management, the commercial building industry, the agricultural industry, and has served as a consultant to major corporations such as Hilton Corporation and Wal-Mart, among several other Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Hilderbrand provides and oversees our client’s regulatory compliance programs, industrial pretreatment programs, and sewer system management plans, in addition to overseeing the preparation of scientific data for scheduled reporting to federal, state, and local regulators by municipal and privately owned utilities. Mr. Hilderbrand attended Louisiana State University and the University of New Orleans, and holds degrees in administration and communications.
